A current ECE or ECEA Certificate number and expiry not before August 30, 2021

Required Experience and Skills
- 
Have a strong command of spoken and written English and be able to create pedagogical documentation

Understanding of the Early Learning Framework 
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have an ability to:
- 
Work well with a Board of Directors and Executive Director 
- 
Be ready to implement the Early Learning Framework 
- 
Be ready to work with specialized provincial groups to support practice 
- 
Care for a group of 25 children ages 30 months to school age alongside 3 other staff members 
- 
Plan, carry out and evaluate emergent experiences arising from a weave of Indigenous ways of knowing 
- 
Develop and maintain strong ties with children based on respect and compassion 
- 
Ensure a healthy and safe environment for children 
- 
Maintain effective and cooperative teamwork and communication 
- 
Maintain positive and supportive relationships with families
